The All-New 2017 ZOE XL2 BEST v2 Double Stroller! Our Review

OK ZOE Strollers had a huge insider announcement today! They’re about to introduce their brand-new 2017 double stroller! Similar to past models, it is called the Zoe XL2 BEST v2. While Zoe has made several improvements over the past 1 to 2 years on their double strollers this new model is almost an entire rebuild from the ground up, literally. Hence the v2 which stands for Version 2!

We will have so many more pictures, videos and other details once we get our hands on one of these but let’s go over some of the changes briefly. On the XL2 v2, you can expect way bigger wheels, elastic entry points on the storage basket, a new, wider molded footrest, new integrated, color-blocked seat pads, the addition of an optional carry strap, easier self standing fold, a completely re-designed optional travel backpack, and a way deeper, almost flat recline!

Wow!!! So many new features! That’s what is great about small, family-owned companies like ZOE, they listen and make changes quickly!

With these updates, comes a new price of $349.99 on Amazon and $299.99 on the ZOE’s website. When you do the math of how much the current version of the XL2 costs plus the large add on wheels then you almost come to the same price of the new XL2 BEST v2. So it’s really a fantastic deal considering you get a lot more than just the new large wheel set included with the XL2 v2!

We will be posting more details on the individual features very soon but we wanted to get this post live to let everyone know this exciting news from ZOE! We are so so excited about that deep, almost flat recline! That’s a huge deal!

    • The Laughing Mommy says:

Technically no. In order for a stroller to technically accommodate infants it needs an adjustable footrest and/or what’s called an infant boot which is a little pouch under the seat that comes up and wraps around the belly bar area to pass the “slide” test which is conducted to pass ASTM and JPMA standards. So technically no, but ZOE mentioned they are seeing if they can lower their minimum age recommendation below 6 months due to the increased recline but not all the way to newborns legally. So we’ll need to wait and see! 🙂
