Free Overnight Shipping!

That's right, all orders at ModParent ship via FedEx or UPS Overnight Shipping! If you place your order by 2pm EST, your shipment will arrive tomorrow! We have the absolute fastest shippping times in the baby industry and it's completely free of charge! 

Tracking

ModParent ships all packages via FedEx or UPS. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email receipt and access to your ModParent customer account. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an update email with your tracking information. Tracking information is typically sent the morning after your order ships. You will also have the ability to track your order's progress every step of the way in your customer account.

Limitations & Exclusions

At this time we do not offer shipping to Canada or any other location outside the United States. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Box's or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or holidays. Orders placed on Fridays before 2pm EST will be delivered on Monday and orders placed on Friday after 2pm EST will be processed on Monday and delivered Tuesday. Orders placed on the day before a major holiday will be delivered the day after the major holiday. Orders placed on a major holiday will be processed the day after the major holiday and delivered the following next business day. In short, we cannot deliver or process orders on weekends or holidays.

Hawaii & Alaska

We love Hawaii & Alaska customers. Due to some remote locations within your states, we cannot offer free overnight shipping to you. We do however ship for free to both Hawaii & Alaska customers and do our best to get your shipments to you as quickly as possible. Typically Hawaii & Alaska shipments deliver within 2-3 business days, but remote locations can take longer.
