High chairs of today range from simple and standard models to fully equipped models with all of the bells and whistles and ultimate comfort. A child typically begins using a high chair around the age of 5-6 months, usually about the time they can eat solid foods. Chairs can be made from plastic with soft cushy inserts in various colors and patterns to wooden designs that fit well into the home décor and can be passed on from generation to generation.

Travel &Hook on: Lightweight and portable, these are high chairs that travel with you and easily connect to tables, as an alternative to using a dirty restaurant high chair, or when going to a friend or family members house where a high chair is not available. These typically accommodate children into early toddlerhood depending on the weight capacity of the chair.
Booster: A booster chair is typically used as a safe seating option for toddlers that will no longer sit in their high chairs, they strap to most any chair and provide safety buckles to keep the child safe and secure. These are also lightweight and compact to bring with you as a seating option when dining out or going to a friend or relatives house.
Standard: Typically used as the child’s first chair around 5 to 6 months old, full size chair that offers durability and convenience as well usually constructed from heavy plastic with recline and height adjustment features. These are typically easy to clean, have a removable tray and seat pad for ease of cleaning, and a safety harness to keep baby safe and secure. These can include pedestal, pneumatic, standard and pedestal bases. A standard high chair can typically be used well into toddlerhood.
Classic: A classic chair is usually constructed of a solid wood frame that creates a classic furniture piece to blend well with your homes décor. These are very durable and the simple clean lines can make this a piece you will want to keep and pass down to future generations. These usually come with a full range of available seat pads to further compliment your décor and provide comfort and washabilty.
