These initial focus groups actually consisted of 5 moms, but the company thought the name of 4Moms was a little catchier, so the fifth mom became known as “The Stealth Mom”. These original focus groups formed the foundation of the 4Moms company. And still to this day from planning to production, 4Moms looks to these original moms as well as to hundreds of others parents, designers, doctors and nurses to make their products even better.

4Moms carries a few specialized products today. One of their most popular items is called the mamaRoo. The mamaRoo is a bouncer seat that was created to move like a real mom and offers five unique motions to comfort your baby. They also offer the Origami stroller, which is a power folding stroller with a built in generator that recharges while you walk.  For bath time they carry a Cleanwater Infant tub that allows dirty water to drain out and replaces it with clean fresh water that can be used up to 6 months old, for older kids using the tub they have a Digital Spout Cover that features a LCD screen that tells you the temperature of the bath water to keep kids comfy and safe. And a playard called the Breeze that opens or closes with just one simple motion.

We are huge fans of the mamaRoo bouncer seat! It was created by using motion sensors on real life parents to mimic the way they actually moved to soothe and calm their babies to create the five different motions available on the mamaRoo. The mamaRoo features adjustable speeds for rest and play, mobile for play time, recline, machine washable fabric, built in white noise and nature sounds to soothe baby or connect to your MP3 player for sounds and songs of your choice. With its smaller size many parents like that it doesn’t take up too much room in the home and is easy to move from room to room.
